One day, Naufal and Adjie walk down
the school hall. On their way they look at an announcement.
Naufal : “Oh look that’s new, hey, have you ever join this kind of
thing, Adjie?”
Adjie : “Are you kidding me!? Dancing is my life. I’ve been
dancing since the first day i got my first step! How about you, have you try
dancing before?”
Naufal : “Nope, I don’t think I ever danced before, I think I’m too shy to express my feeling through movements, even though I’m very very interested in this, but, I don’t think I’m good enough.”

Adjie : “What, you should totally join PCC! We need people like
you, and you should do something new.”
Naufal : “Why so? You think I can make it?”
Adjie : “Nothing is impossible, especially with a lot of
hardwork.”
Naufal : “You’re right if you work hard enough, your
dream isn’t that far from you, thanks for your advice. I’ll think about it. I will join either PCC or other clubs.”
Adjie : “ Okay, have a nice practice. Keep spirit “
The next day, Naufal decided to join
PCC audition and went to a field to practice by himself. He bring his book
“B-Boy-ing for Dummies”. Naufal just sit down and read the dancing theories
without even moving a muscle. Then Amir pass by.
Naufal : “Hey Amir! What are you doing walking to the center of the
field?!”
Amir : “What are you doing sitting in the middle of the field?!”
Naufal : “Touche, well, I’m practicing for the PCC audition.”
Amir : “What?! No! that’s not the way you practice B-Boy, Mate.”
Naufal: ”Hmm, then can you show me how to do it? Both theoretically and
practically?”
Amir: ”Okay, you
have to move not only your legs but also your body, nothing is too hard , here
I’ll show you the basic moves.”
Amir shows his move infront of
Naufal.
Naufal : “Ohh that’s how, so, you neither jump nor fall in doing these things?”
Amir : “No, no I don’t have to.”
Naufal : “Enough
practicing for today, I need to cool it off for tomorrow’s audition, oh
wait, what time is it? The audition I mean?”
Amir : “Just come before 9 in the morning tomorrow, just come to
art class, they’ll be there.”
Naufal : “Alright Amir, thanks for teaching me, wish me luck!”
The next morning, Naufal got to
school early and feel very excited. He went to the art room and saw the two
familiar faces, Adjie and Amir.
Adjie: “did you hear about nofal interest in our dance group?”
Amir: “of course, yesterday I found him practicing alone in the
center of the field”
Adjie: “woah, how was he doing?”
Amir: “lol, I cannot say any words”
Adjie: “but I can say that he is very energetic person, we need a
person like him”
Amir : “You are right, both of us can recruit him to
our dance club”
Adjie: “well see about it later”
And then naufal come.
Naufal: “good morning guys, woah! So you both are the JUGDES?”
Adjie : “Yes, both
me and amir are the jugdes, are you surprised?”
Naufal: “Yeah.. not really, I’ve guessed before, either you or you, gonna be the
jugde!, turns out, it is you both.”
Amir: “Enough
talking man! Show me what you got.”
Adjie: “Stop!”
Amir: “Wait a minute! we forgot tu turn on the music! Adjie,
music please!”
Adjie: *turning on the music*
*Naufal is dancing*
Adjie : “that was not bad.”
Amir : “Yeah.”
Adjie : “Naufal, could you please sit in the corner, please? This won’t take too long.”
Naufal : “Oh okay, I’ll just gonna go there...”
Amir and Adjie discuss about Naufal’s
performance. After a while, they call Naufal to go back to them.
Amir : “So, Naufal, we have talked, discuss and examine your dancing
and we have come up to a score.”
Adjie : “If you pass the total of 16, you’ll pass, okay?”
Naufal : “Okay.”
Amir and Adjie show their score card slowly while Naufal sits
nervously.
Naufal : “What? Don’t
you think that’s too much?”
Adjie : “Wait what? Oh ya sorry.”
Amir : “Congratulation, you passed!”
Naufal : “But you gave me a 6, 6 plus 8 is 14, still under 16.”
Amir : “Oh sorry my bad, these are really confusing score boards,
aren’t they!”
Adjie : “Hahaha, anyway, we are going to practice next week.
Here’s your new costume.”
Naufal and the team practiced a lot
and in the end won the National Dance-off.
